Alina Raskin is a Violin, Voice, and Piano Teacher

Alina Raskin holds a Master of Music degree from Yerevan State conservatory after  Komitas  and boasts over 25 years of teaching experience. She is an active performer at music events in Canada and Europe. Alina is a Registered Music Teacher in violin, piano, and voice, and she has been a member of the BCRMTA since 2001.

In her teaching, Alina emphasizes music excellence from the very first lesson. She focuses on correct body positioning and encourages healthy muscle habits. Alina takes an individualized approach, developing a curriculum that is tailored to each student’s needs. This approach allows her students to learn music in an imaginative way, following the emotions, moods, and motivations expressed by the composer.

Alina’s classes are both exciting and enjoyable, leading to exceptional results for her many students. They consistently achieve high grades on the RCM Exams and win top awards in festivals and competitions.
